So had to go play in the basketball band at the woman's game today... Darn dad having to text me and tell me he only had 5 people there. >.> Guess that is what happens when your dad is the band director. Missed a great Georgetown comeback vs UConn cause of it.

yeah its been cold, snowing, blowing and generally winter like here for quite some time now.......just when does spring start again???

have been taking down all my xmas decorations....still have the tree to go, and then I have to put them back from whence they came (anyone have a mightybig crowbar????)

Yup, he wants us to study what we want too. It's also apparently true that band directors children are less likely to be in band and that less pressure is put on them to practice by their parents as well. Quite interesting imo.

Dinner? Ya that would be nice since I haven't even had lunch yet and it is 6pm... Guess that is what happens when your dad text you at 12:30 after you got out of the shower to come play at the game...

must be nice though, my parents didnt really care what I studied (well, to be truthful my dad died during the first quarter break of my first year, so I dont really know what he thought).....my mom asked me what I had plans on doing with my majors....and she was ok with my replies.

had some wheat mac&cheese for dinner....too tired to make anything else (still woulda like to have had that crowbar earlier---got all the stuff back in the closet, but man, I'm beat now).

Anyone here have any advice on what to do with acne and extremly dry skin. I ve noticed that in the winter time, when I go skiing my face is insanely dry and pimples get really worse.

besides keeping your skin clean you must also keep it moisturized..there are a few acne products out there that do both---proactive has advertised about it a lot--as well as another one that seems to be on my tv late at night (with the cheerleader from heroes doing the promo).
Hubby has the same problem (but he also has a beard and mustache which makes it even worse)
I use nozema facial wash when I shower --it cleans and has triple bacterial stuff and it moisturizes too.
